Terms of service
Effective September 14, 2026
Service and eligibility
These terms cover the RevampRX website and practice-operations software provided by RevampRX, LLC, based in California, United States. Use is limited to authorized users acting for participating organizations. You must have authority to access the service and handle the information you enter. Contact support@rvmprx.com with questions.
Current availability
Access is currently by invitation for controlled evaluation. Use synthetic records only until your organization has completed approved onboarding for live operational data and any required agreements are in effect. Features and third-party integrations may be unavailable or limited during evaluation.
Accounts and appropriate use
Use your own assigned account, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not share accounts, bypass access controls, access another organization's information without authorization, introduce harmful code, or disrupt the service. Your organization is responsible for assigning appropriate user access and notifying us when that access should end.
Customer responsibility and records
RevampRX supports administrative and operational workflows. It does not provide professional advice or replace your organization's judgment. Your organization remains responsible for its decisions, required reviews, and the accuracy of submitted information. Do not use the service for emergencies.
Your organization retains its rights in information it supplies and is responsible for the authority to supply and use that information. RevampRX processes it to provide the authorized service and as described in the privacy policy and applicable agreements. Users must securely handle information and exported files under their organization's policies.
Availability and access changes
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, outages, or third-party providers. Features do not guarantee a particular operational, financial, or business result. We may restrict access to address security concerns, misuse, or a violation of applicable agreements. Account closure, record return, and deletion are handled under applicable agreements and retention obligations; ending access does not automatically erase records.
Customer agreements and updates
A separately signed customer agreement governs any paid services, payment and refund terms, service commitments, confidentiality, applicable data-processing obligations, and agreed dispute procedures. These website terms do not replace an executed agreement or create a business associate agreement. Applicable rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
We may update these terms and will identify the current effective date. Changes to signed customer agreements follow the change procedures in those agreements.
